Frequently asked questions

  • Someone who is kind, talented, and has the right equipment to exceed our quality standards. We have a network of videographers throughout the country and will assign the videographer based on distance and who feels right for the person.

  • Everywhere. We know talented videographers throughout the US and Canada. • Yes, you can include multiple family members in the interview. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. We’d recommend not going above two, but it’s your time to use as you’d like.

  • We use professional-grade cameras, microphones, and lighting to ensure pristine video and audio for your interview.

  • Yes, we offer one round of complimentary edits. Additional edits might incur an extra fee.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. We don’t want you to stress about this! If you cancel within 48 hours, we’ll charge a 50% cancellation fee to pay for the videographer reserving their day.
